A & J Fundraisers Club - supporting the Thundersley Little Havens Children's Hospice (charity no. 1022119).

Sunday 17th August 2008 - It's Show Time.
This will be A & J Fundraisers fifth event to raise money in support of Little Havens Children's Hospice and will be at the new venue of Purleigh Halt, Barons Lane, Purleigh. There will be displays of vintage cars, motorcycles, heavy goods, steam, farming and craft demonstrations, models, tractors, stationary engines, stalls, ring events, live music, Kismet Belly dancers, cart rides and attractions for children. There will be a variety of hot food kiosks, ice creams, our own tea tent, toilets and ample parking. Other attractions are still being booked and will be added to this web site as they are confirmed. Entry price £4 adults, accompanied children under 16 free.

Confirmed acts for this year's event include live entertainment with Winston the Singing Farmer and the Mark Shelley Band. New for 2008 will be a motorcycle trial display area and a 'dog show'. The popular Owls'R'Us display and Springstep Dairy from Mundon will be returning. Also, the newly formed Ajax Dog Display Team will be appearing in the ring. Richard Spendlove, MBE., regional radio presenter and writer has kindly agreed to be our guest celebrity again.
